SafeCareBC members
Get mental health support when it matters most!
SafeCare BC recognizes the importance of mental health and well-being and are offering members access to Advica Health services.
Services included in Advica's Mental Health on Demand (MHOD) Plan:
- 1 free hour each of Individual and Couples therapy per user
- Bilingual crisis available 24/7, answered within minutes by a masters-level clinician
- Virtual counselling appointments, usually within a day at $90/hour (coverage may be available through extended benefits)
- Users choose a therapist through a matching questionnaire
- Services also available for family members, including children and spouses*
- Wide range of therapists with different languages and specialties
- Self-guided online CBT to help with anxiety and depression
- The Collaborative Care Program brings together health experts to diagnose and help with more complicated health problems
*For those accessing service who are under the age of 15 (“minors”) they must have their parent or legal guardian present during all sessions.
